Liability Waiver & Media Release

By participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Liability Waiver – I understand that participation in this event is voluntary and may involve risks. I assume full responsibility for any injury or loss that may occur and release CSU, partner organizations, staff, and volunteers from any liability, except in cases of gross negligence.

Photography & Media Release – I give permission to Conserve Southwest Utah (CSU) and partner organizations to photograph, film, and record me during the event. I understand these images and recordings may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in print, online, and social media, without compensation.
